1. Use at Night
   Retinal is sensitive to sunlight, so it’s best to use the cream at night. If used during the day, always apply SPF 30 or higher.
2. Start Slowly
   To build up your skin’s tolerance:
   1. Week 1–2: Use twice a week
   2. Week 3–4: Use every other night
   3. From week 5 onward: Use every night

1. Apply on Clean, Dry Skin
   After cleansing and toning, make sure your face is completely dry before applying. Retinal can irritate damp skin.
2. Use a Pea-Sized Amount
   Apply a small amount (about the size of a pea) to your entire face. Using more can increase the risk of irritation.
3. Use the “Sandwich” Method (Optional for Sensitive Skin)
   Apply a light moisturizer → then the retinal cream → finish with another layer of moisturizer. This helps reduce irritation.
4. Follow with Sunscreen (if used in the morning)
   Retinal increases skin sensitivity to the sun, so SPF is essential if used during the day (though nighttime use is preferred).
