Return and exchanges
We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! We want you to love your experience with Rosekoreanbeauty and K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we’re here to help.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused and in its original packaging. In the case of damaged items, please send a picture to us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping

We currently deliver to Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Luxemburg, France, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
International shipping cost will be calculated based on your address at checkout. We ship using DHL Parcel Connect or DPD.
We ship Monday through Friday within 48 hours from Belgium, except during public holidays. During periods of high volume, order shipment may be slightly delayed.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. With this code you can track your order.

Rosekoreanbeauty will not be held responsible for packages that could not be shipped to their destination due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and
information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued based on an incorrect address.
If a package is shipped back to Rosekoreanbeauty due to an incorrect/ undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in pricing. Please note that once your parcel has entered your country’s postal system, any holds, and/or charges put on by Customs Clearance are beyond our control and we are not responsible for payment of custom charges. The responsibility lies with the customer.
